What If God Says No?

When you pray, believe, wait — and the answer still isn't yes.

By Deborah Ocasio

You prayed. You fasted. You quoted the scriptures. You told everybody it was coming. And then — no.

We have been taught to treat a no like a failure of faith. But a no from a Father who sees the end from the beginning is not rejection. It is protection, redirection, or preparation.

“A no from God is not the absence of an answer. It is an answer.”

The question isn't whether you can handle a no. It's whether you still trust the One who said it.
